Orders & Fulfillment

How long does it take to make my order?

All Kulture Sips products are made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before your item ships. During high-volume periods (holidays, launches), production may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started. Please double-check your size selection and shipping address before completing checkout.

Shipping & Tracking

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the production facility. Delivery times vary by location and carrier — estimated timelines are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to the United States and select international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

What if my address was entered incorrectly?

We are not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please review your address carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

We're so sorry that happened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Ceramic Mug Care

Are Kulture Sips ceramic mugs dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! Our ceramic mugs are:

  • Dishwasher safe — top rack recommended to protect the print and finish
  • Microwave safe
  • Made from 100% ceramic that is lead-free, cadmium-free, and BPA-free

To extend the life of your mug's design, we recommend hand washing when possible.

Are stainless steel tumblers and travel mugs dishwasher or microwave safe?

Stainless steel products (tumblers, travel mugs, bottles) should be hand washed only to protect the finish and printed design. They are not microwave safe due to their metal construction.

Insulation & Temperature Retention

Do ceramic mugs keep my drink hot?

Standard ceramic mugs are single-wall and non-insulated — they're best for enjoying your drink right away. For longer temperature retention, check out our insulated options:

  • Wine Tumblers (12oz): Vacuum-insulated double-wall stainless steel — keeps drinks hot up to 6 hours and cold up to 12 hours
  • Travel Mugs (10oz): Double-wall stainless steel designed for spill resistance and temperature retention on the go
  • Elevation Bottles (22oz): Copper vacuum insulation — minimal condensation, maximum temperature retention

Choosing Your Size

What's the difference between 11oz and 15oz mugs?

Both sizes feature the same bold affirmation designs on 100% ceramic. Here's how to choose:

  • 11oz — A standard everyday mug. Perfect for a regular cup of coffee, tea, or your morning ritual. Great for standard drip coffee makers and single-serve brewers.
  • 15oz — A generous pour. Ideal if you like a larger coffee, prefer fewer refills, or want a bigger statement on your desk.

When in doubt, go 15oz — you can always drink less, but you can never fit more in an 11oz! ☕
