Made-to-Order Products

All items sold in our shop are made to order. Because products are created specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the item is produced specifically for you.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • Photographs of the original packaging, if applicable

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Mugs & Tumblers

Mugs and tumblers are produced to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Artwork & Acrylic Wall Art

Original photography and acrylic wall art are produced to order and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the size and fragile nature of acrylic artwork, customers are encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within 7 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
